Ever Wonder what TgtSILOS means? Well here's the Answer!

TgtSILOS=Target Speed In Line Of Sight

aka Closing Speed.

Used to determine if the contact is closing on the AI platform or opening on the AI platform.

And here I thought this whole time that it had something to do with missiles. :88)
