RUB 1.45 Won't Uncompress

I just download RUB 1.45 and I'm using 7Zip 4.23 and also tried the beta 4.29 and get the error "RUb 1.45.7z is not supported archive". Can any provide help?

I get this problem all the time with 7z, but this might not help you unless you have a network.
Did you copy the file after you downloaded it, to another drive then tried to unzip it? I use my server to DL then i would copy the file to my computer, then go to unzip it but would get same error you got. I had to unzip the file from the server first for it to work.

You can also try to unzip it with latest WinRAR
