It came to my knowledge recently that muslim women must have -or at least always very convincingly fake- orgasms in their marriage and I mean every single time. It's part of the faith !

I trust you don't think the infamous 'burqa' (as seen in the islamic dating site image) is an example of such exhibiting self-control by muslim men, or do ya ? ;)

Correct. I never said that modesty is defined by wearing a burqa.
