Missing icon after RUB 1.4

I'm newer to this game, after installing RUB 1.44 the directional icon that 'floats' on the water in external view is missing, what can I do to get it back without uninstalling RUB? Thanks

Install Improved U-Boat.

RuB removes the orange marker as it is considered unrealistic. I've added it back in IuB as if you're using external view it really doesn't matter if you know where your sub is or not...
