questions about textures
 

hi all ! im a bit new at this but i allready have all the important mods and stuff ...

now i was wanting to start making skins for SH3 since i make skins for other sims ...

my questions are :

any tutorials around ?

how to get the high res files ?

good reference sites for color schemes and stuff ?

how to make the game use the files i edit ( cause i made a few trys and they simply dont show in the game ) .
