not uninstall-error1316-c:\windows\installer\silent hunter III.msi--on roll back fatal error1603.when i try to reinstall,and start from cd auto run,or play it crashes to my computer. If i try SH3.exe in program files it says,movietex.act not found.On top of that no desk top short cut to start game,no gameshadow install.If UBI has a clue,donut@intergate.com,respond by Email please

go to the Ubi directory and delete it that should alow you to reinstall you should always to to add remove programs and delete it first

error-movietex.act not found ,when try to run from sh3.exe .File does not appear to be on CD to install and be found, to start game It looks as though UBI did very little testing stability,cheep!

movietex.act is inside one of the .cab files.

Have you tried to delete the SH3 dir as wg_emevet suggested?

Donut, did you search The Community Manual for "reinstall" and follow through on the suggestions there?

registery stability,is critical.SH3 is graphics ,sold to moders,to develop there own game perameters unstable of registery,installation,& frustration from hell! To tell you all, that have tryed to be helpfull . I kicked out all the stops to my registery mech.and finally got a clean install.By reversing all fixes in registery mech.running SH3 install overwriting existing files.ALL for a krout sub give me a gato boat,and a game as good as SHCE I don't want to fight for a lost cause,revenge for PEARL !
