Surfacing sound mod?
 

I spent this rainy weekend getting IUB and Commander, both of which are fantastic. :up:

Is there a better sound mod for the surfacing sequence? I've searched but perhaps overlooked it.

Hmmm... don't know. I know IuB includes a better 'blow ballast' sound, but I agree the surfacing sound is rather subdued. But I don't recall any sound pack addressing this issue.

You could try searching incognito's sound pack for it, that's the only really complete one I know.

Also, apologies in advance for any bugs in the IuB beta - I should be able to release a new version in a couple of days.

The diving and surfacing files are external; you may be able to hear them inside the boat, but they are very quiet. I just wish there was a "surface sequence" file to go with the "dive sequence" one. I like the dive one I'm using now, but DBSM for SHII had a very nice surfacing one I'd like to use, with voices and all.
