Crew's cap?

does someone know which is the value to tinker with, so that all crewmen wear a cap? (Not the officers, I want the crewmen)

I think that you should go here:

C:\Documents and Settings\x\My Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\[captain name]\Crew_career_[number].cfg

In this file there should be a setting called "hashelmet". For most sailors it's no, so just change it to yes for everyone. Don't quote me on this, though.
