Battery Bug?

I'm in a Type IXC, it's January, 1942 and I just discovered my batteries don't drain anymore. Anyone else seeing this?

This is my second campaign. In my first campaign, I modified the basic.cfg file to compensate for the Type XXI battery recharge bug but returned the setting to it's original, so I don't think that could be the problem. Any ideas of what else I could check in the files?

Well, I fixed it by going back to my last "In base after mission" save and selected the lesser of the two battery upgrades. The batteries now drain as they should. I'll run this next patrol, then try upgrading at the end and see what happens.
