Gothenburg leaves for China!
 

Hi all
Today the replica of the trading ship that sunk in Gothenburg 1725 set sail for her maiden voyage to China. :up: In approx 5 months she will reach China after sailing along the old trade routes. She will visit Cadiz, Recife, Capetown, Freemantle, Jakarta, Canton before Shanghai. It is a beautiful autumn day here and thousands of small boats escorted Gothenburg out from the harbour. Really a great adventure for her crew and a once in a lifetime chance to feel something close to the age of sails. :)

I signed up for that cruise years ago. Unfortunally I filled out the application form incorrectly :cry: And now I'm sitting here, infront of my computer screen.. :x

Oh, bad luck. :damn: But I heard that you still can apply for some legs on the journey. Might be worth to check up.
