Help! can't download from realsimulation.com
 

i am newbie in SHIII, i heard from forum that a great new mod is available to community but when i visit

i found all pages are not available to visit
i tried the search function, SH mod download area, create an account buttons and none of these works! they just takes me to the same home page! even the news i can't read it....

is this problems of my IE explorer? or the site is closed?

Check your IE security settings and check if the site works if you disable your software firewall (if you have one). As far as I know Cookies must be accepted and you shouldn´t block the HTTP referer.

I can't enter the download section as well, weird since everything worked OK a few days ago.. :-? All IE settings are OK as far as I can tell..

When I click on 'SH3 Downloads' I see something being loaded and the next moment I'm back to the main page again..

Here it works! :hmm: Clear "temporary internet files" and Cookies, maybe it helps.

I too have been having problems since yesterday.I can open all the sections and download except the 'General' section,where I just get a blank page.

Still a no go, cleared all the cookies + temp files..

I have never been able to download from u-boat.realsimulation.com. I always save to a folder when I download anything. At this site, all I can get to download is a hundred or so KB's when the file is several MB. The last file I tryed was for the diesel engin sounds. I asked for help in this forum, and no help was available. I posted in the mod forum and received another site to get the same file. Which worked. Something about that site my machine doesn't like. I've never had a problem with downloads from any other sites.
