sub/equipment availability modding
 

Im a complete noob to modding this game but can learn quickly. How would I mod so I get all the equipment and subs available at the beginning of the game? First mision, first campaign, first year but with the same renown requirements.

Would it involve cfg modding? I can handle that, I think.

The dates of the sub types and equpment are in the Basic.cfg file
