the sub was on surface with no light an no radar emission (because of the new security measure to avoid kamikaze boat attack) then it was the fault of the watch mens.

when i was on dart 8 me and most of the crew had no problem seeing a ship 15 20 miles away and we were in the pitch black so how they didnt see i dont know
