Where is my enemy harbour traffic?

All campaigns i'm part of at the moment have absolutely no traffic in the harbours, which is quite annoying because i'm a harbour sneaking kinda guy....

mods:

hi detail Flags
Tankeriv's sea floor mod
ail particles
sink them all v2.1
Rub 1.43
and Sh3 Commander

anyone else know how to fix this?

not using Harbour Traffic ?

Never seen the appeal of going into an enemy harbour, myself. If some of the ideas we have for improving enemy harbour defences come off the chances are you won't either... ;) :rotfl:
