Installing Pascal's mod wiht the mod-enabler?

I can't remember if this had been answered. Can one install Pascal's mod with the great mod-enabler? Or do you have to copy the files over manually?

i recommend that u use the modenabler because when u install a mod with modenabler so backs it up the changed files
