humm spooky... are the downloadfile in .zip or .rar

I have WinRAR, WinZIP, WinACE, and 7z and I can open anything ;)

Get a few of those if it says unknown format. Otherwise if it says its corrupted ty downloading it again - or from a different link.

You run SH3commander outside the game and then launch SH3 from there, it adds news reports to your mission breifing and a few other ingame things like that. But then outside the game after a patrol it will tell you how long your patrol was, your captains life story, days at sea, etc.

Get the latest version of WinRAR, which automatically knows how to handle 7Z and all the other file types mentioned here.

is there some trial one there? thats what i got currently...but no the latest one

I use IZArc - it's *free* and handles pretty much all compression formats. Also, if you're used to Winzip's interface, you'll feel right at home with it!
