How to make refreshloadout script work?

I want to make something like that: AOR ship resupplys KILO.

Created separate scrpit for KILO,then I used KILO script in AOR attached trigger.But when I approach AOR nothing happens.

I tested this awhile back and refresh loadout only works for air platforms.
