Can I install "jsgme" if SHIII is already modded?

I know you should only install "jsgme" to a CLEAN SHIII, but I have a few mods already installed.

Is it O.K. to install and run "jsgme" with my current game or do I have to manually uninstall all my other mods first?

You don't "Have to" uninstall your other mods, but the ones you load later with JSGME "May" overwrite/replace them, it's really a crap shoot.

Since JSGME mods can be rolled back I'ed just try and load JSGME and see if any of the new mods messed with the old mods. If it does "Then" I'ed go in and see if I could strighten them out. Why waste time unloading the old mods when there may not be any conflicts?
