Graphic "jump"
 

I sometimes notice that my fps will seemingly "jump" every 5 seconds or so. For example, i was watching my fps carefully once and was chugging along at about 21 fps. Then all of a sudden the fps would jump to about 70 (went so fast i could only see the 7 in front) and everything would seem to leap forward, then just as quickly it would return to 21 fps. Just kind of annoying. I have a 2 ghz Athlon, 1 gb ram, and a radeon 9800 pro graphics card with 128 mb memory.

Try the following, Video Settings: "synchronized"

That has always been on.
