New to modding
 

Okay, I am new to the modding scene. I am mid-patrol (4th in first career) playing with manual targeting and such. I have the water mod (didnt seem to do anything can anyone explain this?), the smoke mod and the gauge mod (also didnt seem to work :-?).

I really want the mod that adds "Hollywood" effects like huge explosions and such but cannot remember what it is called.

Also, ....this is going to cause some responses.... what exactly does the RuB mod do? What changes, etc.
