help on tracking a trident
some of you guys know from RL or subsim life that tracking a trident isnt easy.
i have only done this once before and made a compleate hash of it i rammed and almost sank the rhode island so now im seeking help so i can avoid the same thing again any help or advice please cheers |

I just played a scenario where I picked him up at 16km in the Kilo...was very easy. I had him going 5 knots at 550 feet. Narrowband got him....
I am guessing that the ease in which I picked him up will be fixed with the "patch"... :yep: :hmm: |
i am right behind one of those said tridents 8,225 meters from his screw now at 6 knots and she is diving to well i dunno till she gets there but she has passed 200 meters already

How can you tell at what depth an enemy submarine is at?

by following it i am right behind this trident been there all night in sitting just below him about 20 meters below he is at 275 meters and im at 295 meters
thats how i know at the moment |

i dont think so and its a custom mission

It's not that hard with the stock database. In the stock database the Ohio has the same noise level as a standard 688 and has the same passive sonar capability as the Chinese Han SSN, which is rather deaf.
