U-103, yet another casualty of war
June 5, 1941
U-103 was on it`s way home from her 8th patrol as enemy naval forces pinned her down around 800km west of Gibraltar. Three destroyers bounded U-103 hard, as a result U-103 started to flood badly. 20 minutes later U-103 went down to it´s final dive, all hands were lost. |
We offer our condolances.
I had U-103 and it went down :hmm:
What happened to U-417?
what?
I think the U-417 is his new boat and new signature pic.
I noticed your pennant missing from the bird table too.
Condolences from U-46, and your portrait will soon be hanging on the wall, with all the other brave commanders that didn't come back Salute! Lt de Bunsen, U-46 |
