Same assigned grid same contacts twice

I allways get same patrol grid on my patrols 2x before the game change the patrol grid. Funny thing is that I met a convoy on the same spot twice and it had all the same ammounts of ships and types. Is it a mod that makes this strange behaver or could it be something else ?
