German Cross in Gold with Rub 1.43?

Is it possible for your crew to recieve this award in Rub? I know you used to get it if you had a patrol with around 40000tons or more, but I just had a partol with about 55000 and didn't recieve any. Just wondering if the qualifications for one increased.

You need 60000 and 80000 for the Knights Cross.
