Are you in the UK or US. - if in the UK and its is DDR ram (PC3200) then check out e-buyer or watford electronics. I upgraded six months or so ago and picked up a further 512mb for less than £50

no i mean RD Ram it cost you about 400 euro for a kit of 1 gb and i was wonderering if anyone knows where i can find it cheap.

Edit: DAMN! i just saw its ECC and i need non-ECC type of that.

Why don´t you just buy a new board plus 2x512MB DDR? It costs less than 200€. For about 250€ you´ll even get a board plus 1GB and a 64-Bit Sempron CPU.

I agree with Gizzmoe, you should sell your mobo, cpu and ram, and buy new mobo with 1gb ddr 400 and a sempron or athlon cpu.
