Q. how to alter the Large Cargo or patch

Now Otto Schmeltz has passed away.... I am about to start a new career I read about how to change or patch the Large Cargo 17,000t to something a little less.... I have looked and looked for it can't find it...

what style of SH3 are you running? I think the editing files came with RUB1.43 but I may be wrong

They're definitely not in my convoys.
