'Miika' has sent me twelve new "Future Fleet" custom scenarios for Dangerous Waters. He says,

In the world of Future Fleet, there has been a rebellion in Russia, and China is at war with the US, Japan and Taiwan. Akula is used to represent the new Virginia-class SSN with advanced sail. Feel free to change them as much as you like, there are never enough DW missions!

As has been stated previously: DWX will NOT include new playables.

I think that's the most detailed of details I know about DWX.

Absolutely not, this is the one request that SCS had of the modding community. They want exclusivity for new playables and I, for one, can't blame them.
