More clouds

I used to play SH5 years ago and I liked the look of the elements there. One of the first thing I noticed with Uboat was that the sky looks like in the Mediterranean region. Does someone know how to access the weather/clouds system of Uboat in Unity...? Or is able to make a Mod...?
