Can't find hsie.ini
 

Hello fellow sailors.
I am getting back in to SH3 and building my own "package".
I've downloaded the most recent hsie fixes.. but I can't seem to find the hsie.ini file.
It supposed to exist in the same directory as hsieoptions (if I remember correctly).
I've searched everywhere.
I remember many years ago this file existed, because I would change things like the depth of the torpedo 'issues' and such.
I have "show hidden files" enabled in windows.
Any ideas?
I also downloaded several versions of this and Stiebler addons. hoping to find that one file lol.. but I can't find it.

Look for this file HsieOptionsSelector_V16C.exe and double click to open. It is found in the same file as the SH3.exe file.
