Mystery Russian submarine

I can't find my original thread so i will start again:-
Does anyone have any info on this very early russian Sub.

I am guessing that it is at Sevastapol during the civil war in 1919, with Royal Marine Officers standing next to it.https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/p58AA...bt/s-l1600.jpg
