Want to see a Gato in UE5?
 

A short movie (even this took more than an hour to render! and my PC/GPU is no slouch.. ) of a Gato class sub on a coral reef (yes, I know no sane sub captain would do this, but blue background is sooo boring).


The Gato model is SH4/FOTRS with some minor texture mods from me.

The UW scene is from an excellent UE5 underwater blueprint by @lynkoLight at YT.

The end goal for me is to create UE5 historical recreation shorts, the first I'd like to do is USS Cavalla vs Shokaku..

Thanks, I can now also shoot torpedoes :D, and am working on getting Shokaku floating - she's gotta float before she sinks! :D


I wish someone upgraded SH4 into UE5..


Although, right now I'd settle for being able to export the camera from save to an UE5..
