GWXONE upgrade questions
 

I'm in the 1st flotilla, April 1940. I see no available upgrades for uboat or the hydrophone. Is this by design? I did a little digging and it looks like the Flotilla.cfg file was changed. Not sure I want to mess with this. Any experience on this problem and or solution? Or am I being impatient?

I see now, through CMDr that the upgrade for the 1st Flottila is not until 9/40
So I went through and came up with this reference, thought I would share.
Still not sure about the hydrophone, but thinking it wasn't an option on the IIA?
