Liberty Bell has been torpedoed

Whenever I start a custom game now, this ship is sunk about 15 seconds after start of the game. Nothing I do in terms of changing settings can prevent this.

Help!

Are you by any chance referring to ambush missions? If so, this is something we introduced at the request of players and indeed at the beginning of this type of mission the torpedo appears out of nowhere.
