LifeBoats_Debris_v4

Hello everyone

I have recently reinstalled SH3 with GWX, and installed LifeBoats_Debris_v4 using JSGME.

When ships sink, only liferafts appear, no rowboats. I seem to remember there were rowboats in the past.

Amyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
