It doen't show me my sent messages

I have sent a message to Neal to ask him tom make an adjustment to my account and it doesn't show me the message i sent in the folder, i also checked senting another message to a unactive subsim member and i am also sure that i search in the correct folder (sent items):Kaleun_Cheers:
