When seeing this building for the first time, something inside me immediately felt and enjoyed the soothing effect of its proportions. I always have held the classical Greek-Roman "teaching of proportions" (my wording) in high esteem. Is this villa in the video a perfect building, as the author asks?

Yes, it is.

I love it. And it goes beyond geometry, its also the sights and looks and the colours of the stone and the nature it is embedded in.
