Does anyone do any ships for this game like big ship models like BBs Or CAs.

Not to my knowledge, no. Smaller ships, sure, but no big ones in the making.

A lot of big ships were already added to SH5 and are present in TWoS (Japanese and French ones, Italian Gorizia, British London etc.).
