JSGME Instructions

Hello - I am installing JSGME and there's a note saying I can go to "http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products.html" to review instructions but I get a File Not Found when I try.
Is there a new/better locations for this info?

Then, you can run it from there... for the 1st time, to create the "MODS" folder, to place mods you need for a mega mix... & be able to activate them, as needed.

I am not for sure for certain, but I thought that the JSGME v2.6.157 archive package had a user's manual in it? If not, let me know. I have a pdf of it.
