James Caan dead at 82
 

James Caan, the veteran screen actor known for his work in such films as "The Godfather," "Misery" and "Elf," has died, his family said in a statement on his verified Twitter account. He was 82.


No cause has been published.


I liked a lot of his movies. :(

I liked him in Misery where played his role very good.

Rip I like him in the God father and John Wayne western El Dorado

Very sorry to learn of James Caan's passing. He did so many movies I enjoyed watching. I liked him in Roller-ball as Johnathan E as well as portraying football player and running back, Chicago Bears, Brian Piccolo opposite Billy Dee Williams as Chicago Bear great, Running back Gale Sayers in the movie, Brian's song. James of course made so many more movies ranging from cowboys to gangsters.


Rest in peace James and thanks for the unforgettable characters in cinema.

I thought he was good in Thief, although overall the movie was so-so
