Complacency can be dangerous in a hazardous job which, IMO, is what happened. :03: When you walk through a mine field every day and it becomes boring, its only a matter of time before things become exciting and tragic. :yep:

Considering that they plowed into a seamount at 16 knots while neglecting the fathometer, I'd say they were "sleep."
