Distant Waters resupply?
 

Hi

After some time away I picked up the game again where i left it

Now I've started the distant waters chapter and raided a port in the caribbean, filling half of the respective tonnage bar
However after that I'm very low on fish and request for resupply gets denied
Now I heard you have to be in a specific area and patrol objectives will be placed in it but I never select an objective and just go for free hunt

So is there even resupplying in this chapter, or I have to go to Dakar, the nearest port to refit?

I tried going around on the sea and keep asking but no success
