How to cancel subscription?

Not sure where if this is a decent place for the topic, but I subscribed with a $5.00 membership quite a while ago. I just realized that I had been continuously billed for the service thinking it was a one time fee. I am trying to cancel this but am having difficulty through paypal. I probably purchased it as a guest or something because when I login with the email that the receipt was sent to, there is no mention of a SUBSIM charge on it. Any help would be appreciated.

You probably ticked the box for activating monthly subscription. One-time-payment is the default option, as far as I remember.
