But it keeps telling me that he cannot find a copy of my aces of the deep.

And manually use unchunk it says wrong command unchunck in dosbox

With my old setup win 7 it installed perfectly.

Manually unchunking the patch works via dosbox. I made a seperate folder for the unchunking, and them just copied/pasted the files afterwards into the game folder.
Maybe make sure you're typing in the unchunk command parameters correctly; dos is very picky about that.
