time zone question
 

i started using real navigation and i checked star position and time of sunrise against stellarium software. on oct 4 at lat. 54 degrees north the sun rises at 6:45 local.

in the game it says, my location being just east of hegoland that sunrise is at 6:45 GMT and 7:45 GMT +1. shouldn't local time be GMT +1 6:45 (since the position is east of greenwich) and GMT 5:45? the stars in stellarium in sync with the sun's rising line up with this correction on oct 4 1939. i don't know. im just scratching me head here, maybe i just have it all wrong.
