Issue with Wolves of Steel mod
 

The game launches fine but upon reaching the main menu I get this prompt that freezes in place and cannot be bypassed in any way.https://i.ibb.co/cw5YMfL/20210925184405-1.jpg

I had the exact same problem today after I updated with the 2.2.24 patch followed by the automatic application of Ubisoft Connect update patch. To solve, I just re-installed my entire TWoS 2.2.15 megamod followed by the 2.2.24 update patch over the previous install, letting everything overwrite, and then the TWoS mod and SH5 game ran fine. I assume if you have the full 2.2.24 megamod and run everything again it might do the same trick. I am running the SH5 Gold Edition via Ubisoft Connect. It's worth a try

Excellent but how do I re-install 2.2.24 update patch?

Just download and run the 2.2.24. .exe patch which can be found at SUBSIM Radio Room Forums>Downloads>Silent Hunter 5>Mega Mods>The Wolves of Steel v2.2.x to 2.2.24_Update. When asked, point it at the directory where SH5 is installed. I do recommend that you first reinstall whatever version of TWoS you have - just run TWoS again, you don’t have to start from scratch or reinstall SH5, just work with what you’ve got.

i have had that issue before doing the patches what i do is install the full mod over it again
