I can't use binoculars at deck awash depth

I think this is because the system recognizes the awash

depts as submerged.......

What file do I need to edit so that the submarine

doesn't recognize 6m(awash depth) as not

submerged?

I am a TWOS user

Work around - Use the Uzo, then exit, then try binocs. ;)
