If a story goes against a persons belief/standpoint then s/he most likely sees it as propaganda/fake.

Black, grey or white propaganda it doesn't matter it all depends on a person standpoint/belief

I won't be surprised if a defendant tries to use the 'it was the FBI!' as a defense in lieu of an actual defense lawyer's recommendation. After all, there were some real geniuses amongst the flag wavers that day. :D

I enjoyed Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, as well. But not because I thought it was a documentary. :)

Well I won't be surprised if someone uses entrapment as a defense because, at least in the Whittmer kidnapping plot undercover FBI agents were the main promoters.
