Problem with Neutral Ships
 
Hi all,


Still pretty new to the game, I am using GWX 3.0. I am having an issue where everything seems to be neutral. I made absolutely sure that I was destroying a British cargo ship and it counted as neutral. My save is beginning in 1941 so I know that I should be able to destroy them and it should count as hostile? Am I missing something?

Can you confirm that with a date given by the game while you are on patrol? As GWX does start you in august '39 before the war started with default campaign settings.
