Time Compression

Gentlemen, is there a mod to switch time compression to 1/real time when at sea. I like to just surface, slow the boat and chill but the minutes go by in increments of 5 mins in Dynamic Time.

UPDATE.

DOH - I had time on Dynamic as opposed to realistic.
