I solved my problem with the game crashing when loading the save, but now the game just crashes each time I load any campaign.
I re-installed SH3 so I could use the mod setup simmilar to Wolfpacks' one.
Mods I use (in load order)
GWX 3.0 Gold
SH3 Commander
Rbs1_SH4_Effects_GWX_30_71
Rubini's underwater dust&plancton v1
M.E.P v6
FixAllSubGWX
ARB WideGui 1920x1080 (and the map fix)
Adaptation of English & Deutsch
Moon_light_mod
Sh3_volumetric_clouds&fog_V2.2
M.E.P v6 - Visual sensors for GWX3
Supplement to V16B1

Hi, you don’t need Fix All Sub GWX if you don’t use TKSS18 compilation.
Delete it, and try again.

Thanks for the answer, out of my curiosity I checked the TKSS18 Uboat mod, and decided to use it
